Week 1: June 9-12

The Serve and Groundstroke Fundamentals

This week focuses on the basics! Campers will work on perfecting their serve technique and building solid groundstrokes. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve, this week will lay the foundation for a strong tennis game with an emphasis on form and consistency.

Week 3: June 23-26

Singles and Strategy

This week, campers will dive into the art of singles play. With a focus on strategy, we'll teach how to control the court, use placement to your advantage, and work on building points through consistency and smart shot choices. Learn how to think like a champion!

Week 5: July 14-17

Doubles and Strategy

It’s all about teamwork! Week 5 is dedicated to doubles play, where campers will learn how to communicate, position themselves, and strategize with a partner. Focus will be on court coverage, volleys, and how to work together to dominate the doubles game.

Week 2: June 16-19

Net Play + Movement/Footwork

Get ready to take your game to the next level! Week 2 is all about mastering net play—volleys, overheads, and quick reactions. We’ll also emphasize footwork and movement on the court, helping campers stay agile and position themselves for success at the net and baseline.

Week 4: June 30-July 3

Types of Spin + Mental Toughness

Mastering spin and staying mentally strong are key to elevating your game. This week covers the different types of spins—topspin, backspin, and sidespin—and how to use them effectively. Plus, campers will develop mental toughness, learning how to stay focused and positive during challenges.

Week 6: July 21-July 24

Serve/Return + Match Play

In the final week, campers will fine-tune their serve and return skills, practicing strategies to start points strong. We’ll focus on game situations, putting everything learned into practice with match play. It's time to test your skills and show off your progress!
